A Cascade site visit is a sixty- to ninety-minute conversation in person. Henrik or Astrid or one of our four senior estimators will be on the roof, will take photographs, will measure, and will write you a single-page proposal with material, scope, schedule, and price within five business days. There is no obligation, and there is no high-pressure follow-up — if the proposal is not the right fit, the conversation ends there, and we will be glad to refer you to a Portland roofer who may be a better match.

We typically book three to seven weeks out from the day of the request, longer in the spring and summer when residential demand is at its peak. Commercial scoping visits can usually happen within two weeks. Historical-restoration consultations average a six-month booking lead time and are scheduled with both June and Astrid in attendance.
